Meet the Crunchers: Brianna Mcie, Business Development Representative

What is your position at Document Crunch and what do you do in your role?

Business Development Representative. I am responsible for being the personality and the friendly face that is (usually) the first point of contact with prospective clients. It is my job to ensure that Document Crunch is the right fit for the company that I am speaking with, and to make sure that everyone involved has a smooth transition from our initial conversation into a demonstration.

How would your fellow employees describe you?

"Brianna is hands down one of the nicest people I've ever met. She's an awesome person to work with and I am grateful to have her as one of my teammates!" - Tyler Spangler

“Brianna has already been a huge asset to our team! Her attention to detail and amazingly positive attitude makes her a great teammate!” - Maddie Hagy

What is a surprising or fun fact about you?

My level 20 moon elf sorcerous took down Tiamat and is now comfortably living her days in a cottage somewhere in Waterdeep. (Which is a fancy way to say that I am cool and will nerd out about polyhedral dice and Dungeons and Dragons).

Who or what inspires you the most?

I grew up in a family that didn’t have very much compared to other families. My parents strived to make life comfortable even when it was hard to do. I am consistently inspired by my parents as I watch them continue to grow as people in their personal lives and careers. Their hard work and support have been my inspiration to never stop learning and growing not only as a person, but also in my career.

What drew you to Document Crunch?

Initially, I was drawn into Document Crunch by Edward Constancio, VP of Sales because I have worked with him in the past and I knew that working with him again would be an amazing opportunity. The more I learned about Document Crunch’s values and culture, the more it hit home that Document Crunch is where I belonged. Words are one thing, but the whole company backs up the words with actions, and this is what solidified it for me.

What do you like most about being a Cruncher?

There is a certain comradery that comes from being a Cruncher that I have not found at any other company. I have watched our teams do amazing things in the short time that I have been at Document Crunch and knowing that I’ve gotten to experience this and take part is my favorite thing about being a Cruncher.
